Time Clock Operation
Employees are issued mag-striped or bar coded badges for punching in and out. In addition, employees can review current punches and accumulated hours at the clock, and supervisors can enter punches for employees who misplaced their badges. Transactions are periodically uploaded to UNITIME, and punches are posted to employees' electronic timecards where business rules are applied.

Time Clock Features
Model 2000 time clocks are made of rugged cast aluminum with a key-lockable steel base to protect connectors and optional accessories, and modular sealed keypads keep out dirt and grime. Model 2000 time clocks come with 128k of memory standard and may be expanded to 640k. Model 2000 time clocks come equipped with a bar code want port and a backlit display and are available with optional battery backups, proximity readers, and external bar code readers. Communications options for model 2000 time clocks include RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, and modem.
