Time Clock Operation
Employees are issued mag-striped or bar coded badges they use to punch in and out. In addition, employees can review current punches and accumulated hours at the clock, and supervisors can enter punches for employees who misplaced their badges. Transactions are periodically uploaded to UNITIME, and punches are posted to employees' electronic timecards where business rules are applied.

Time Clock Features
Model 300 and 3000 time clocks are made of rugged cast aluminum with a key lockable steel base to protect connectors and optional accessories, and modular sealed keypads keep out dirt and grime. Model 300 time clocks come with 32k of memory and hold up to 1600 punches, while model 3000 time clocks come with 64k of memory and hold up to 3000 punches. Model 3000 time clocks also come equipped with a bar code want port and a backlit display. Both models are available with optional battery backups, and several communications options are available in each series including RS-232, RS-485 and modem.
