Time and Attendance Solution Enhancements

Automated time and attendance often involves more than simply capturing punches and calculating hours. Employee and labor data must be shared with critical business systems such as payroll and human resources, and both managers and employees need access to actionable time and attendance reports. In addition, benefit hours must be accrued according to company policies, and in some cases employees are penalized for absences, tardies, and other infractions.

All of these functions can be automated and streamlined using software products available with the Desktop and Enterprise editions of the UNITIME Automated Timekeeping System. These add-on software applications extend the scope of UNITIME solutions as necessary. Add-on software applications are optional and may be added to a UNITIME solution at any time, giving you the flexibility to alter or expand the solution as your company grows.
