Bill Korstad - CEO and Chairman of the Board
As CEO and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Korstad had over 23 years of experience in systems development and corporate planning with Sears Roebuck & Co. In 1983, he founded Sears Payment Systems, a credit card processor and provider of private label credit cards services. That business unit was later sold to a large financial services group out of Dallas. In 1987, he was a principal, founder and president of Direct Data Systems, a data collection terminal software integrator and printer manufacturer. That business was later sold too. In 1988 he founded Galaxy Technology Group, a company that developed and markets automated time and attendance systems. In 1993, the Galaxy partnership split and Mr. Korstad formed Unitime Systems.

Doug Peterman - President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Peterman has built a unique perspective of time and labor tracking by working with thousands of clients tackling workforce issues of unique client environments with vastly different operating goals. He has built a reputation for excellence in creating software solutions and strategies that bridge the gap between frontline operations and finance that result in significant cost savings and insight into the underlying business drivers.
As a co-founder of Unitime, Mr. Peterman is the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. He brings more than 18 years of experience in the software and services fields, placing an emphasis on the business functions of frontline labor management and field data collections. Mr. Peterman holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Dale Saraceni - Controller
Mr. Saraceni serves as Controller for Unitime Systems, Inc., with over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting primarily in the software industry. Mr. Saraceni holds an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a BSBA in finance/MIS from Regis College in Denver. Mr. Saraceni was the Controller and Corporate Treasurer for CorrLogic, Inc. from 1996 through 2004 and then Controller for Adventa Control Technologies, Inc. from 2004 to 2005 before coming on board with Unitime Systems, Inc. in August of 2005.

Jason Sproles - Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Sproles serves as Vice President of Business Development for Unitime Systems. He is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships and market opportunities in target verticals. Sproles joined Unitime in 2002 and has previously led the Customer Care and Research and Development divisions, building teams and technology resources.
Prior to Unitime, Mr. Sproles founded a sales and marketing consulting firm, focusing on Eastern European software vendors and held sales roles with Sysco Foods. Mr. Sproles graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, IA, with a BA in Communication and a focus on Journalism.

Scott Timmons - Vice President, Customer Care
Mr. Timmons is responsible for Unitime Systems, Inc. Customer Care division consisting of Professional Service, Customer Support Services, Hardware Repair Services and Technical Training where he serves cross-functionally to assure excellence in execution of all strategic initiatives.
Mr. Timmons joined Unitime Systems, Inc. in October of 2004 as the Customer Support Manager where he led a highly successful team and implemented process and technologies that have enhanced the quality and value of service delivered to Unitime Systems customers.
In total, Mr. Timmons has fifteen years of experience in Information Technology Customer Care with certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Information Technology Infrastructure (ITIL) Best Practices.
