SERENIC CORPORATION AND UNITIME SYSTEMS FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE TO BENEFIT MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAV USERS

EDMONTON, Alberta, Canada (October 25, 2006) -- Serenic Corporation (TSXV: SER) and Boulder, Colo.-based Unitime Systems announced today that they have formed a strategic alliance to integrate Unitime’s time and attendance software with Serenic’s HR & payroll software for Microsoft Dynamics NAV users.
