Task Dashboard
UNITIME users are immediately notified upon login of the most common tasks they will need to review or take action on. Supervisors and Managers can now quickly be notified of pending requests or employee performance without time consuming report generation or navigating complicated menus. Tasks include reviewing absences, correcting missing punches, approving Time Off Requests, reviewing exceptions such as tardies, checking an In / Out board, reviewing an Attendance Calendar, and performing Payroll Approvals. |

Attendance Calendar
Tracking employee trends by group or just counting up how many sick days an individual employee has already taken during the year is now easier than ever. The UNITIME Attendance calendar allows each user to quickly assign color codes and select from a list of exceptions or pay records to determine how productive his or her staff have been in a simple to use annual view. |

Mass Scheduling & Scheduling Enhancements
Maintaining accurate schedules in UNITIME is an integral part of getting a true picture of employee performance. Updating large groups of employees, such as an entire department at once, is now possible with UNITIME's improved Scheduler. In addition, employees' requested days off and other pay records, such as sick days, flow seamlessly into the Scheduler to help prevent staffing problems with simple color coded days. |

Multi-Level Reviews & Enhanced Approvals
New to UNITIME V8 is the ability to require multiple levels of review prior to running payroll. Beginning with the employee level, to direct supervisor, all the way through department head or payroll administration levels, up to 5 distinct timecard review levels can now be tracked independently. In addition, timecard approvers can also be notified of common alerts, such as excessive overtime, or excessive hours in a day or week when making the approval to avoid overlooking unusual circumstances. |

Custom Queries
When one supervisor or manager in UNITIME is responsible for overseeing dozens of employees, it can feel overwhelming being presented with all the employees on the screen at once. With Custom Queries, each UNITIME user can define queries to help segment their staff into workable groups. |

Pay Type Groupings
Grouping pay types into similar categories helps organize hours worked information into easy to understand views. For example, Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and Personal Time Off can be grouped into a "Benefits" category, making timecards and approvals screens easy to follow. |
